Total Tank Services
As a tank manufacturer and construction company with advanced technical capabilities and extensive experience, we solve a wide range of problems spanning construction, modification, and maintenance operations.
Design
We provide optimal support for each step of the design process.
During the quotation stage, we draw up a conceptual design based on the inquiry specifications to present a realistic plan that takes into account cost, delivery schedule, and regulatory compliance. After receiving an order, we make a detailed design, analyze how strong the tank structure should be, and provide technical support for design-related matters to ensure reliable construction.
We are also enhancing design accuracy by leveraging technologies such as 3D measurement and CAE analysis; standardizing design and construction techniques for special tanks; collecting information on regulatory changes; and generating 2D/3D drawings from laser measurement data.

Manufacturing
We conduct inspections at our factories (Isogo/Chiba) required for legal compliance and also produce tank components such as side plates, roofing materials, and stairs.
At the Chiba Factory, we manufacture various tanks (petroleum, cryogenic), containers, vessels, prefabricated piping, and welded structures such as steel frames and bridges.


New Construction and Renovation
From geological surveying to final inspection of the completed tank, we use an integrated system to design and construct the tank’s foundation, groundwork and main structure.
We also accommodate particular needs such as high-mix low-volume storage, mixed-type storage in the same tank, and structural modifications, and perform modification work on existing tanks to make them more efficient and versatile.

Repair and Maintenance
RAIZNEXT handles maintenance for all types of tanks—floating roof, cone roof, dome roof, spherical, underground, etc.—enabling precise, high-quality construction.
To select the optimal maintenance method, we first establish an inspection plan for comprehensive diagnostics, then conduct a multifaceted review based on the inspection results. For tank diagnostics, we use various analytical techniques to meticulously check its conditions. For example, based on high-precision analysis, we examine how issues like corrosion and differential settlement will impact the tank’s strength and safety.
Furthermore, when a tank malfunctions, we conduct analyses with CAE and 3D measurement technology to devise solutions.




Construction Methods and Services
Leveraging years of research and accumulated technology, we have developed various proprietary construction methods for tank construction and repair.
To renovate an existing tank, we propose from various options the optimal construction method tailored to its condition. This proposal accounts for challenging work environments, including those where differential settlement has occurred, heavy machinery cannot be installed, or large-scale scaffolding cannot be erected.
We also use automated welding machines to increase work efficiency and, by effect, shorten lead times and improve quality.
