RAIZNEXT was formed in July 2019 through the merger of Shinko Plantech Co., Ltd., which developed in the main domain of plant maintenance for petroleum refining, petrochemicals, and general chemicals, and JX Engineering Corporation, which originated from the engineering division of a major oil company. This merger brought together the two areas of maintenance and engineering to provide solutions that enhance the value of plants.
