Medium- to long-term changes in our business environment are advancing, namely the "Advent of a low-carbon and decarbonized society," the "Decline in Japan's working population," and the "Progress of the digital revolution." While progress in decarbonization could impact future plant maintenance demand in the petroleum refining and petrochemical fields, the decline in the working population will make it difficult to secure mobilization capacity, which is our strength, and could also affect our ability to secure the necessary completed construction volume. Furthermore, as the promotion of DX spreads throughout the industry, it is essential for the RAIZNEXT Group to provide high-value-added services utilizing digital technology ahead of our competitors in order to maintain our competitive advantage.
Long-term Vision V-2032 and the Third Medium-Term Business Plan
We will create growth opportunities by taking all risks into account and urgently advancing preparations for a new era of transformation. As our compass, we have established the Long-Term Vision "RAIZNEXT Group V-2032," which outlines our Ideal State for 2032, and we are advancing our medium-term business plan in phases. In the Third Medium-Term Business Plan (2025–2028) currently underway, under the theme of "RAIZNEXT X CHALLENGE," we will not be bound by conventional methods but will take on all transformation (X) challenges, including business transformation to contribute to realizing a carbon-neutral society and the transformation of business processes utilizing digital technology. What is important in this era of change is to demonstrate the comprehensive maintenance and engineering capabilities we have cultivated over the years and continue to provide maximum customer value together with our partner companies.
As a company that supports industrial infrastructure, the RAIZNEXT Group will continue to move forward based on the following three action guidelines: sincerely and devotedly get close to customers to provide them with maximum customer value; promote coexistence and coprosperity with partner companies through initiatives to increase added value throughout the supply chain and collaborate beyond existing frameworks; and be a company where employees take pride and satisfaction in their work, and can take on challenges aggressively and with brave spirits.
